Jootle is two product lines on one architecture. A personal AI team member that runs on infrastructure you own, sold direct. And a platform that lets builders ship their own AI products on top of the same substrate, branded as theirs.
Jootle LLC is a Texas-registered company founded in 2026. The product launched on 1 May. Real customers are using the personal-assistant instance product, and partners are building on the platform underneath it.
The Jootle assistant is a private AI team member that runs on its own dedicated server. It remembers your people, projects, and decisions across email, SMS, Telegram, and web chat, and works continuously rather than only when you’re typing. Built first to run the founders’ own household and small business. Shaped into a product after a year of daily use.
Underneath the assistant sits the platform: a complete operations substrate covering agents, playbooks, knowledge graph, a toolkit framework, white-label customer storefront, and dedicated-VPS provisioning. Agencies, consultancies, AI integrators, and enterprises use it to ship custom AI solutions quickly. Their brand, their pricing, their customer relationship, our infrastructure underneath. The hard engineering was done once. Partners spend their effort on the part only they can build: the part specific to their customer and their domain.
Multi-tenant cloud means your data is mixed in someone else’s database, behind someone else’s ACLs, governed by someone else’s priorities. A dedicated instance is slower to provision and more interesting to operate. And it’s the only way the privacy story is real.
